產品分類現場儀表測量(liang)(liang)參(can)數一般分為溫度(du)、壓力、流(liu)量(liang)(liang)、液(ye)位四大參(can)數。
現(xian)根(gen)據測(ce)量參(can)數的不同,來(lai)分析不同的現(xian)場儀(yi)表故障所在。
1.首先,在(zai)分(fen)析現場儀表(biao)(biao)故障前,要(yao)(yao)比(bi)較(jiao)透徹地了解相關儀表(biao)(biao)系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)生(sheng)產(chan)過程、生(sheng)產(chan)工藝情況(kuang)及條件(jian),了解儀表(biao)(biao)系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)設計方案(an)、設計意圖(tu),儀表(biao)(biao)系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)結構、特點、性能及參數要(yao)(yao)求等。
2.在(zai)(zai)分析檢查現(xian)場儀表(biao)系統故(gu)障(zhang)之前,要(yao)向現(xian)場操(cao)作工(gong)人了解生產的負荷及原料(liao)的參數變化情況,查看故(gu)障(zhang)儀表(biao)的記錄(lu)曲線,進行(xing)綜(zong)合(he)分析,以確定儀表(biao)故(gu)障(zhang)原因所(suo)在(zai)(zai)。
3.如果儀表(biao)記(ji)(ji)(ji)錄曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)(xian)為一條死線(xian)(xian)(一點變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化也沒有(you)的線(xian)(xian)稱死線(xian)(xian)),或記(ji)(ji)(ji)錄曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)(xian)原來為波動,現在突(tu)然變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)成一條直(zhi)線(xian)(xian);故障很可能在儀表(biao)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)。因為目前記(ji)(ji)(ji)錄儀表(biao)大(da)多是(shi)DCS計算機(ji)系統(tong)(tong)(tong),靈敏度非常(chang)高,參數的變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化能非常(chang)靈敏的反應出來。此(ci)時可人(ren)為地改變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)一下工藝參數,看曲(qu)(qu)線(xian)(xian)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化情況。如不變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化,基(ji)本(ben)斷定是(shi)儀表(biao)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)出了問題;如有(you)正常(chang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)化,基(ji)本(ben)斷定儀表(biao)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)沒有(you)大(da)的問題。
4.變化工藝參數(shu)時,發(fa)(fa)現記錄曲線發(fa)(fa)生突變或(huo)跳(tiao)到大或(huo)小,此時的(de)故障也常在儀表(biao)系統。
5.故(gu)障出現以(yi)前儀表(biao)記(ji)錄(lu)(lu)曲(qu)線(xian)一直表(biao)現正常,出現波(bo)動(dong)(dong)后記(ji)錄(lu)(lu)曲(qu)線(xian)變(bian)得毫(hao)無規律或(huo)使系(xi)統(tong)難以(yi)控制,甚(shen)至(zhi)連手動(dong)(dong)操作也不能(neng)控制,此時故(gu)障可能(neng)是(shi)工(gong)藝(yi)操作系(xi)統(tong)造成的(de)。
6.當(dang)發(fa)現DCS顯示儀表不正常時,可以到現場檢查(cha)同一直(zhi)觀儀表的指示值,如果(guo)它們差別很大,則很可能是(shi)儀表系統(tong)出現故障。
總之,分(fen)析現(xian)(xian)場(chang)儀表(biao)故(gu)障原(yuan)因(yin)時,要特(te)別(bie)注意被測控(kong)制對象和控(kong)制閥(fa)的特(te)性變化,這些(xie)都可(ke)能是造成現(xian)(xian)場(chang)儀表(biao)系(xi)統故(gu)障的原(yuan)因(yin)。所以,我們要從現(xian)(xian)場(chang)儀表(biao)系(xi)統和工藝操(cao)作系(xi)統兩個方面(mian)綜合考(kao)慮、仔細分(fen)析,檢查(cha)原(yuan)因(yin)所在。
