利用交流阻(zu)抗法(fa)(fa)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導法(fa)(fa)或直流法(fa)(fa)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)阻(zu)已(yi)被*為是(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)種迅速而(er)又(you)方便的(de)(de)(de)診(zhen)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)狀況的(de)(de)(de)方法(fa)(fa)。越來(lai)越多的(de)(de)(de)研究(jiu)認為老(lao)化電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)阻(zu)和(he)(he)(he)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能力之間存在著(zhu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)關系(xi)。值得注意(yi)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi),由于(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)液電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)的(de)(de)(de)變化。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)內(nei)阻(zu)隨(sui)溫(wen)度(du)(du)下降(jiang)而(er)迅速增大(da)。因(yin)此,在考慮時間對(dui)內(nei)阻(zu)的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)時,溫(wen)度(du)(du)是(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個重要的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)因(yin)素(su)。閥控鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)在設(she)計(ji)上是(shi)(shi)(shi)乏(fa)酸(suan)的(de)(de)(de),同鉛(qian)(qian)活性(xing)物質(zhi)相比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)液的(de)(de)(de)安時容(rong)量(liang)較(jiao)小,因(yin)而(er)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)常(chang)常(chang)受電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)液制(zhi)約。對(dui)于(yu)(yu)任何新電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)內(nei)阻(zu)通常(chang)不(bu)(bu)與放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能力成線性(xing)關系(xi)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)液濃度(du)(du)、化成的(de)(de)(de)*程(cheng)度(du)(du)(尤(you)其(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)表面)、隔板(ban)(ban)(ban)--極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)界面接解(jie)(jie)(jie)面積以及(ji)(ji)壓力的(de)(de)(de)細微(wei)變化都(dou)僅對(dui)內(nei)阻(zu)產生微(wei)小的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang),但可(ke)(ke)能會(hui)對(dui)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程(cheng)產生很大(da)的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。所(suo)以新電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)阻(zu)和(he)(he)(he)容(rong)量(liang)都(dou)不(bu)(bu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個非(fei)常(chang)穩(wen)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)參(can)量(liang)。由于(yu)(yu)正極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)柵(zha)的(de)(de)(de)腐蝕(shi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)液水分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)喪失,所(suo)有(you)(you)鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)都(dou)有(you)(you)一(yi)(yi)(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)。在浮充放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)使(shi)用過(guo)程(cheng)中更為明顯(xian)。增加(jia)正極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)柵(zha)的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量(liang)或減少其(qi)(qi)腐蝕(shi)率(lv)都(dou)可(ke)(ke)延長電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)。正極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)柵(zha)是(shi)(shi)(shi)帶正極(ji)(ji)鉛(qian)(qian)活性(xing)物質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)和(he)(he)(he)支撐(cheng)骨架,腐蝕(shi)加(jia)大(da)了正極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)柵(zha)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)。其(qi)(qi)他設(she)計(ji)參(can)數,如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)液體積,隔板(ban)(ban)(ban)壓縮程(cheng)度(du)(du)及(ji)(ji)成分(fen)組成、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)殼的(de)(de)(de)透氣(qi)(qi)率(lv)、通氣(qi)(qi)孔設(she)計(ji)、涂(tu)膏的(de)(de)(de)物理化學參(can)數和(he)(he)(he)制(zhi)造參(can)數都(dou)可(ke)(ke)影(ying)響(xiang)壽(shou)命(ming)(ming)。隨(sui)著(zhu)正極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)柵(zha)的(de)(de)(de)腐蝕(shi)和(he)(he)(he)隔板(ban)(ban)(ban)中電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)(jie)(jie)質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)耗盡,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)增大(da)而(er)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)容(rong)量(liang)減少。周期內(nei)阻(zu)測(ce)(ce)(ce)量(liang)可(ke)(ke)跟蹤(zong)監測(ce)(ce)(ce)這些變化,并且發現失效電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。在不(bu)(bu)間斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)中,由于(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)檢查(cha)及(ji)(ji)放(fang)(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)次(ci)數較(jiao)少,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)容(rong)量(liang)很可(ke)(ke)能在兩次(ci)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試期間就已(yi)降(jiang)到(dao)80%額定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)以下。如果采用內(nei)阻(zu)測(ce)(ce)(ce)試法(fa)(fa),可(ke)(ke)以很容(rong)易地發現這些問題(ti)并改(gai)善系(xi)統可(ke)(ke)靠性(xing)。
