在(zai)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)儀(yi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)測(ce)試(shi)(shi)過程中,如電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池組電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓下降至預設(she)告警電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值(zhi)時,測(ce)試(shi)(shi)儀(yi)報警并提示你檢(jian)查單(dan)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。此時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓值(zhi)低于額定標準值(zhi)85%(或自定標準值(zhi))的(de)單(dan)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池為不(bu)合格(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(信息(xi)產業部(bu)規定實際容量值(zhi)低于80%的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池組必須停止使用(yong)),15分鐘內無任何操作測(ce)試(shi)(shi)儀(yi)將(jiang)自動停機。

蓄電(dian)池容(rong)(rong)量測試計(ji)算因式,需將各種溫度變化時的(de)(de)容(rong)(rong)量換(huan)算為25℃時的(de)(de)容(rong)(rong)量,才能標示其(qi)實(shi)際(ji)容(rong)(rong)量。同時,計(ji)算加(jia)式中的(de)(de)實(shi)際(ji)放電(dian)電(dian)流(a),實(shi)際(ji)放電(dian)時間(h),10h放電(dian)時間均為實(shi)時檢測值(zhi)。

放電常數:i放/i10>2.5,設定為1.414;

i放/i10<2.5,設定(ding)為1.313;

蓄電池(chi)放(fang)電檢測儀對所接入的(de)蓄電池(chi)組進行恒流(liu)放(fang)電,并依環境(jing)溫度、放(fang)電時(shi)長(chang)及鍵(jian)入的(de)蓄電池(chi)標稱容(rong)量(liang)實時(shi)計算出(chu)(chu)放(fang)出(chu)(chu)容(rong)量(liang),由圖型(xing)液(ye)晶(jing)顯示各參數,并將各參數每間隔1分鐘(zhong)存(cun)入隨(sui)機附帶的(de)ic卡中,測試完畢(bi),圖型(xing)液(ye)晶(jing)鎖定終各參數(放(fang)電時(shi)長(chang)、放(fang)出(chu)(chu)容(rong)量(liang)等),將ic卡退出(chu)(chu)保存(cun)。

能夠(gou)對(dui)蓄電(dian)池組進行核對(dui)性容量測(ce)(ce)試,可以連續設(she)(she)定(ding)放電(dian)電(dian)流(liu),按照設(she)(she)定(ding)的放電(dian)電(dian)流(liu)恒流(liu)放電(dian),監測(ce)(ce)放電(dian)過程中(zhong)電(dian)池組的電(dian)壓(ya),測(ce)(ce)量電(dian)池組的容量。

任意條(tiao)件達到時,儀器便(bian)自動終止測試,避(bi)免(mian)過度放電對電池造(zao)成(cheng)損傷。

功(gong)能三:短時容量(liang)測試功(gong)能

本設備可采用(yong)(yong)10~20分鐘的快速(su)放電(dian),用(yong)(yong)于快速(su)測試電(dian)池放電(dian)能力,快速(su)判(pan)斷(duan)電(dian)池的性(xing)能及容量。

功能四:電流監測(ce)功能(選配)

停電(dian)時/實際(ji)負載放(fang)電(dian)時,在(zai)線自動監測單體(ti)電(dian)池(chi)電(dian)壓,電(dian)池(chi)組電(dian)壓及放(fang)電(dian)電(dian)流,記(ji)錄電(dian)池(chi)的放(fang)電(dian)容(rong)量,保證(zheng)對電(dian)池(chi)狀態的判斷。

功能(neng)五:無線數據傳輸功能(neng)

1、單體電池電壓用過無線傳(chuan)輸方式進行數據傳(chuan)輸,省去了接(jie)線的麻煩。

2、電(dian)(dian)池組總(zong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)采用無(wu)線傳(chuan)(chuan)輸方(fang)式進行數據(ju)傳(chuan)(chuan)輸。

3、放電過(guo)(guo)程監測(ce),使(shi)用無線通訊(xun)終端講電池放電數據實時(shi)傳送到(dao)計算機管理軟件,可實時(shi)查看放電過(guo)(guo)程數據并(bing)自動(dong)保存。

功(gong)能(neng)(neng)六:落后電池識別功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(接續放電功(gong)能(neng)(neng))

在放(fang)電(dian)(dian)過(guo)程中當某一節(jie)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)達到放(fang)電(dian)(dian)下(xia)(xia)限(xian)閥值而整組電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)還(huan)處于正常(chang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi)可選擇暫停放(fang)電(dian)(dian),將落后電(dian)(dian)池(chi)提(ti)(ti)出(chu)后繼續放(fang)電(dian)(dian),以(yi)免(mian)將次電(dian)(dian)池(chi)過(guo)放(fang),對日后針(zhen)對該節(jie)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)進行活化提(ti)(ti)供科(ke)學的(de)條件。該功能可以(yi)挑出(chu)前(qian)6節(jie)達到下(xia)(xia)限(xian)閥值的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),因為(wei)一旦超過(guo)6節(jie)即任務整組電(dian)(dian)池(chi)不達標。

接續放(fang)電功能(neng)還可(ke)以(yi)講放(fang)電工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)分(fen)不(bu)同工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)日(ri)進行,以(yi)方便工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人員的(de)時間安排。
